I got this oven when my salesman told me that this is the best oven in the market.
When I try to make Pizza in the oven, I put it watches online on convection bake at 400-425 degree temp, in the middle shelf with nothing else in the oven.
However, I find that the bottom of the crust is not getting fully baked even when the top of the pizza is well done.
Is there any other setting that I should be aware off so that pizza bakes more evenly?
Thanks,

Hi Thomas - congratulations on this oven - it's a great model! Pizza crust can be tricky sometimes - getting the bottom good and crusty without burning the top. You might try experimenting with the temperature - setting it for 500 degrees or so (it will adjust 25 degrees lower). I don't know if you're using a pizza pan or pizza stone but they usually help with the crust. GIve that a try and see if it helps! Thanks for visiting our Community . . .
