Appliance Cleansers

[ Edited ]

I am looking for appliance cleansers.

My kitchen appliances are all GE products.

Microwave & Dishwasher payday loans are black and have stubborn pitted like marks.

New stove/oven is black enamel and cleansteel.

Does GE carry such products and can they be purchased directly online.

Thank you,

Hello,

Thanks for contacting our Community.  This is Alison from GE.  I am happy to assist you.

I recommend checking the use and care manual for each of your GE appliances.  You will find a care and cleaning section located in the back of the use and care manual.  Each product has different parts and the use and care manual will offer specific cleaning instructions for each and if a specific cleaner is recommended by GE it will also be listed.

To keep your appliances looking new and provide protection for the exterior paint finish, we recommend that you apply a coat of appliance polish wax when the appliance is new, and then at least twice a year. This does not apply to stainless steel exteriors.

Appliance polish wax (wr97x216- 8 ounces) can be purchased by contacting GE Parts.  They can be reached at

1-800-626-2002. Their hours of operation are 7am - 6pm, M-F CST (8am-7pm EDT), 7:30-4:00 CST (8:30-5:00), Sat. and closed Sunday. You may also order parts through our GE Appliances website through the link below:

I hope this information is helpful.

If you wish to have more detailed cleaning instruction for a specific model, please provide us with the model number and we will be happy to assist you further.
